There are so many classes to chose from, come along and give it a try ! Check out the Class Schedule page for where and when each class is........... And don't forget, if you sign up to the monthly pass, you can go to as many classes as you want.

Keep an eye out for News on the right hand side of this page, where I will announce new promotions and any class changes
